Xavier Belison is an international business leader with decades of executive governance across fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Having joined Partner in Pet Food as Chairman of the Board in 2019, he assumed responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer in July 2025 to steer the group's strategic growth, capital infrastructure investments, and international market expansion.

Prior to PPF, Xavier served as CEO of Continental Foods, CEO of Grupa Żywiec (Heineken Group), and Managing Director Central Europe at Heineken. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades in executive roles at Mars, acquiring deep domain expertise in branded consumer goods, large-scale commercial manufacturing, and international distribution.

Livia Sarkadi brings over 20 years of corporate HR and legal expertise across global enterprise networks. Returning to PPF as Chief HR and Legal Officer, she directs the group's legal compliance, trade regulatory alignment, executive talent management, and employment policy across European operations.

Her past leadership roles include senior positions at Delhaize Group, Michelin, and Accor, where she drove organizational optimization and regulatory risk mitigation. She holds formal CIPD HR credentials and an MBA.

Stéphane Re leads financial strategy, technology infrastructure, capital placement, and corporate governance at PPF. He began his career in corporate finance with Credit Suisse First Boston after graduating from HEC Lausanne, later spending over a decade at Nestlé in Group Internal Audit and regional CFO positions across Asia and Europe.

Before joining PPF in 2021, Stéphane served as Group CFO at Thai Union Europe / MW Brands, overseeing financial transformation, IT integration, and strategic mergers and acquisitions across European markets.

Robert Pekar oversees multi-site manufacturing networks, quality management systems, engineering development, and global procurement as Chief Operations Officer at PPF. He brings deep operational experience from senior supply chain leadership positions at Mars and Danone.

Robert focuses on scaling manufacturing throughput, improving cost efficiency per unit, ensuring stringent EU food safety standard adherence, and implementing sustainable operational practices across all 12 European plants.
